· Create the marketing... department from Short Action Customs from Scratch. · This person will work closely with sales to implement strategies and communications to new and existing markets · They will also communicate with manufacturing and upper management for various projects throughout the year · You will work in project management, design and implementation for print and digital media · Website development, maintenance, and updates · Brand and logo continuity · Advertising in both print and digital media · Design and develop various print pieces, including brochures, sell sheets, technical sheets, product binders and sample boards · Creating mass e-mails, their corresponding forms and landing pages where applicable · Creating social media content, social media strategy and implementation · Photography / Videography - in-house, outsourced, and renderings · Create company videos including product demonstrations, plant updates and product benefits · Work closely with both sales and manufacturing in the completion of projects related to product changes and updates · Proficient in product photography · Basic understanding of the principles and techniques involved in capturing high-quality images · Basic foundation in film/videography, including knowledge of lighting setups, composition, and audio recording Qualifications and Education Requirements · Minimum two-year associate degree in graphic design, marketing or communications required - four-year bachelor’s degree preferred.
