Marketing Coordinator & Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator & Graphic Designer with a strong eye for design and a strategic mindset for business development and marketing. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, write, and design proposals (RFPs/RFQs) and client presentations • Develop visually compelling layouts for proposals, presentations, and digital/print collateral • Conduct market research and maintain marketing databases (proposals, business development, marketing assets, project leads) • Create high-level graphics that effectively communicate design concepts and enhance marketing materials • Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and execute engaging visual content for social media, website, and client outreach • Support business development efforts in coordination with firm leadership • Update and tailor resumes, project descriptions, and marketing collateral to align with client and pursuit-specific requirements • Assist in firm-wide activities, including meetings, events, and outreach initiatives • Manage website content and social media platforms, including scheduling and design • Manage website content and social media platforms, including scheduling and design • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all materials • Represent the firm at industry events and networking opportunities • Support business development efforts in coordination with firm leadership • Support business development efforts in coordination with firm leadership
