Marketing Coordinator & Graphic Designer

Chi University (chiu.edu) is dedicated to providing quality education to veterinarians and active veterinary students in Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM) and Integrative Veterinary Medicine (IVM) through innovative distance learning and on-site lab practice to meet the needs of the global veterinary community.

We are looking for a dedicated, organized, and creative person to join our marketing team. Successful candidates should have excellent interpersonal communication skills, be detail-oriented, professional, and handle stress well. This role requires off-site travel for events. You will get to work with a happy and compassionate animal-loving team dedicated to making the world a better place for animals and pets.

Job Duties

Help design and proofread marketing materials, including social media, flyers, brochures, emails, digital media, merchandise mockups, and other related design tasks with our design team for marketing projects of the Chi University and affiliated organizations.Represent Chi University at up to 6 to 8 veterinary conferences and off-site courses annually (each trip takes 4-5 days), including exhibitor hall booth and display setup, booth manning, and promoting Chi courses and publications to prospective students.Work with the team for Chi University's on-site courses and events, including taking photos and videos for social media (including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok) and other marketing purposes, helping to promote Chi courses and publications to students, processing bookstore orders, and creating engaging displays to encourage bookstore sales and course enrollment.Act as the liaison between Chi University and our growing veterinary school collaboration program, including student and instructor correspondence, travel booking, event/course coordination, presentations about the collaboration program, sponsorship approvals, scholarship offers, and ongoing program documentation. Maintain accurate records, update spreadsheets and tracking tools, and ensure all partnership information is organized, current, and readily accessible.Communicate with existing and prospective students in person and online via email or social media to introduce other Chi courses and programs.Provide campus tours to students and guests when needed.Other related marketing and administrative tasks assigned by the management.Working hours: 9a-5:30p M-F with 30 min unpaid lunch break. Some weekend work may be required with advance notice (shift change or overtime pay will be provided).

Required Skills or Experience

Associate’s or above degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, English, or related major. Bachelor's degree is preferred.1+ Years in Graphic Design experience with Adobe Creative Suite. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and complete projects in a timely manner1+ Years in retail, administrative or customer service experience is preferred.Reliable transportation to Chi University Reddick, FL campusCompensation: $20 to $23/hr ($41,600 - $47,840 annual) based on experience and skills.
