Marketing Coordinator Internship

Is actively interviewing for a part time internship position as Marketing Coordinator Assistant. Intern will have the opportunity to learn from top producers and leaders of the industry. - Coordinate all print and digital from creation, to revision, to approval - Maintain Group website, create, update content, SEO revisions - Seek Group member approval for all Marketing - Maintain Marketing Group calendar - Maintain repository of all Marketing - Submit all campaigns to PR - Seek new avenues of marketing - Support Group with daily marketing tasks - Assist to list Properties on MLS - Syndicate Property Listings across platforms - Check Property Listings to ensure syndicated with correct information to platforms - Write pitches for new properties and submit to PR - Organize day, week, month goals and accomplish these goals - Monitor Marketing and property Budget - Set Photography direction and organize property listing shoots - Create and organize materials for Open House Requirements: $10.00 per hour after 2 months with the group. 20+ hours per week.
