The Marketing Specialist – Graphic Design role reports to the Office Manager, but whose day to day responsibilities will be to a specific brokerage team. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting visual marketing material and service line needs, as well as supporting the emergence of a shared creative services unit capable of providing timely, consistent, and high-quality design work and templates. Brokerage Coordination- In addition to the marketing responsibilities listed above, the position will require a candidate to provide administrative support via day-to-day administration, report preparation, and expense reports. Developing and overseeing all creative aspects of production and quality control, reporting progress to Senior Broker and/or Office Manager o Support development of design strategies and ensure visual consistency for internal and external marketing projects
