Marketing Coordinator, Recent Graduate Preferred

The company has an immediate need for a Marketing Coordinator in their Sarasota headquarters. Summary Description: This role is designed to support the day-to-day needs of the Marketing department and to help build and support the company's brand portfolio through the following activities: project coordination, asset development, tradeshows, product launches and other marketing initiatives as required. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and update marketing collaterals for business development • Collaborate with internal partners to assist with packaging and labeling updates as required • Organize content creation for various company websites and work with internal partners to post • Schedule and organize social media calendar; assist in the development of content for social media posts • Plan and coordinate all logistics for industry conferences and tradeshows • Document, prioritize and manage internal marketing requests; maintain marketing project list and calendar • Assist with market research projects and other projects as required for business development • Perform other duties as assigned by Management Qualifications: • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field • 1 -3 years of marketing and graphic design experience • Medical device industry experience a plus • Computer literacy – Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite • Demonstrates excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills • Highly collaborative with internal and external customers • Must be a self- starter, who is able to set and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment This is a direct hire position with our client.
