Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer to join our team. As part of our team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate our brand message effectively from the conceptual stage through execution in multiple formats including email campaign design, digital ads, print ads, website design, and more ... Duties: • Collaborate with the marketing team and hotel property departments to build compelling and exciting visual campaigns from the conceptual stage through execution. Provide quick, effective, and impactful assets for each hotel as needed, such as designs for upcoming events, menus, offers, and more. Qualifications: • Advanced knowledge in Canva + Intermediate knowledge in Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator • Experience designing email campaigns and newsletters is a plus • Strong design portfolio across print and digital mediums • Proven ability to move between widely varying projects (stylistically and technically) and strong typography/layout skills. • Excellent attention to detail on written and visual • Curious and creative thinker with a solutions-oriented, problem-solver mentality • Experience in an internship or entry-level graphic design role • Able to work onsite full-time remote work not available • Must be able to travel/drive between 3 properties in Pismo Beach and Avila Beach; Must have reliable vehicle transportation to travel between properties.
