This position will require a broad knowledge base and comfortability with marketing activities, both digital and print, focused on training, content creation, graphic design, email and more. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: A day in the life may include creating templates for our 80+ agents, developing flyers, email blasts, postcard mailings and event support ensuring our brand is reflected through all activities and interactions with current and potential clients. Work closely with a marketing team of 6 to assist with broader marketing efforts when needed Maintain, train and distribute on the agent asset toolkit to encourage agents to use approved branded assets in their marketing. Ensure all content created for events reflects our brand standards and communicates a unique message for the event audience. Serve as the point of contact for agent asset orders.
