Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Design
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Coordination
· Support the preparation of marketing and communications materials, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality presentation
· Coordinate timelines, content, and deliverables for internal and external clients
Graphic Design & Creative
· Design and produce materials such as:
o Internal and external marketing materials
o Banners and signage (indoor/outdoor)
o Presentations
o Event programs / agendas
o Branded swag (shirts, hats, giveaways)
o Handouts / leave-behinds
o Project highlight videos
o Project signage
· Ensure brand standards are consistently applied across all touchpoints
· Prepare files for print and digital distribution
Digital Marketing Support
· Support social media planning and execution, particularly for project highlights and recruiting
· Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics
Collaboration & Operations Support
· Organize and maintain digital asset libraries (photos, renderings, templates)
· Support event marketing, including industry events and career fairs

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Required
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field
· 2–4 years of experience in marketing or graphic design (construction, AEC, or professional services preferred)
· Strong portfolio demonstrating layout design, branding, and production work
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
