The Marketing & Design Associate will perform Marketing administration, graphic design, and some website updates and development duties for the Marketing department. This will aid in scheduling, coordinating, and tracking marketing events at the corporate office and with our Business Units throughout the U.S. This is accomplished by: • Updating business cards, forms (and make fillable), email signatures, presentations, and create simple communication email through our email marketing tools (templates and content provided) • Managing the [email protected] email address • Ordering business cards, folders, pens, promotional items, and additional printed items as needed • Working with the Marketing Director and Graphic Designer on other graphic items as needed • Making simple website updates as needed • Assisting in copy editing, and in the asset review process to ensure the accuracy of all content and branding • Assisting with follow-up emails before and after events Essential responsibilities and tasks of the Marketing & Design Associate are: • Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing calendars and schedules. • Use basic design software or tools to update and edit business cards, forms, docs, and presentations. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
