Olivia Travel, headquartered in San Francisco, is the largest travel company, specializing in cruise, resort, luxury and adventure vacations for LGBTQ+ women worldwide. Olivia is currently seeking a part-time (20 hours per week/in-office) Marketing Design Production Coordinator to join our team. - Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Acrobat PRO and Microsoft Office programs - Strong graphic design, layout and typography skills - Proficiency in InDesign - Experience with image manipulation and interest in photography - Versatility in both Mac & PC platforms - Proficiency in web-based content-management tools - Basic HTML/CSS - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Strong communication skills with ability to take verbal direction, follow instructions, and remain flexible to changes - Ability to manage multiple projects, staying ahead of deadlines - 1+ years of graphic and web production - Knowledge of and/or experience within the travel industry and/or in the LGBTQ+ community is a plus.
