• Create new concepts and work with Creative Services Manager for design reviews and edits from the client for the finished work. • Participate in annual processes, such as the organizational Plan and Progress Review (PPR), Engagement Survey, Reaffirmation of the Navigators Code of Conduct, Calling-Core Values-Vision, Statement of Faith, Driver's Authorization, and other releases as required. • Customer service oriented • Ability to take creative direction and work independently • Time Management • Flexible • Detail oriented • Collaborative Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
