Strong proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics CreationExpertise in design software, particularly the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).A portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a diverse range of high-quality design work across different mediums is essential.Understanding of marketing and the ability to align visuals with marketing strategiesStrong attention to detail and ability to meet and manage deadlinesExcellent communication, presentation and collaboration skillsExperience with video editing, or generative AI tools is a plusExperience in the agriculture industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
