We’re looking for a creative, driven Marketing Designer who wants more than just production work. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves seeing their work out in the real world, and is excited to grow alongside a company that’s evolving and expanding.

What You’ll DoDesign compelling marketing, advertising, and sales materials (print + digital)Support campaigns that reach schools, families, and field representativesManage and update our WordPress websiteGenerate and analyze Google Analytics reportsContribute creative ideas to improve brand presence and customer engagementCollaborate across departments including Sales, Customer Service, IT, and ProductionYour work won’t sit in a folder — it will be seen, used, and felt.

What We’re Looking ForAssociate’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field1–2 years of professional or internship experience in design (print + web)Experience with Google Analytics and SEOStrong portfolio showcasing multi-platform creative workProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesA positive, professional attitude with strong communication skillsPreferred but not RequiredVideography or video editing (Premiere Pro)Photography experienceWordPress design experienceIllustration skillsA growth mindset and desire to take ownership of projectsWhy Strawbridge?We operate on three core values:

This position follows the school calendar, meaning:
