Marketing Designer

Soni is looking for a hands-on Senior Designer to develop elevated, brand-driven creative across digital, social, print, OOH, and in-store experiences. This person will combine strong conceptual thinking with exceptional execution, bringing campaigns and seasonal stories to life across multiple customer touchpoints.What You’ll Do:Develop creative concepts and execute campaigns across digital, social, email/site, print, OOH, and in-storeTranslate seasonal, promotional, and merchandising strategies into cohesive visual systems and campaign assetsLead design for in-store signage and environmental graphicsCreate high-quality still and video content in-store with a strong eye for composition, product selection, and stylingSupport simple, elevated product photography and content captureBring strong typography, layout, color, imagery, and visual storytelling to every projectIncorporate motion and video thinking into digital and paid-media conceptsPartner with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Brand, Production, and cross-functional teamsManage multiple projects from concept through production and final deliveryPresent creative concepts and provide guidance to junior designersWhat We’re Looking For:5–8+ years of professional design experience, ideally within retail, lifestyle, consumer brands, or an agency environmentStrong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, multi-channel campaigns, design systems, and polished executionExperience across both digital and print, with in-store/retail design experience strongly preferredExpert proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Figma experience preferredStrong understanding of print and digital productionExcellent typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling skillsPhotography, content capture, motion, After Effects, Adobe Express, or Firefly experience is a plusAbility to move quickly and maintain a high level of craft in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentCompensation:$37 - $52/ Hour - DOESalary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
