Marketing Designer (Graphic Designer)

We are looking for a highly creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Designer! In this role, you will: Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Research, the Marketing Designer will serve as a brand champion by producing high-quality print and digital materials that align with company branding and support the brokerage team in the following: • Design and produce marketing collateral: Create brochures, presentations, proposals, advertisements, websites, site plans, and maps that effectively communicate property features and company capabilities while maintaining a polished, professional aesthetic. What you'll bring: • 2+ years of marketing and/or graphic design experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat) • Experience with social media and email marketing platforms • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Understanding and experience with corporate branding, layout, color theory & typography in both print & digital media • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills while juggling multiple projects and meeting critical timelines • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team, with a strong work ethic The employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas.
