Marketing Director

\\- Collaborates with staff members to create marketing promotions and social media content \\- Initiates and obtains creative feedback from co-workers \\- Adheres and works within our brand guidelines to create design solutions across all forms of marketing communication -Work directly with product team to launch sales promotions, new products, and engage with our large automotive community. -Proactively manages multiple projects within assigned deadlines with a positive attitude \\- Participates in meetings, discussions and presentations as part of the creative development process from initial concepts to final design \\- Organizes and supports photo shoots, photo contests, and video projects for marketing. -Prep and package final design files Qualifications and Skills: -Strong understanding of Social Media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, Linkedin, Tik Tok, Youtube) -A professional portfolio of work that demonstrates knowledge of visual design -Degree in graphic design, visual design or equivalent experience -Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) Videography and video editing skills is a bonus -Strong organizational skills - capable of prioritizing multiple tasks across multiple projects under tight deadlines -Experience with Google Analytics is a plus -Photography skills is a plus -Understanding of web technology (HTML, CSS) is a plus *Disclaimer: *This job description is simply a summary of the typical functions of the job, not a comprehensive list of all of the possible Individual tasks, responsibilities and duties.
