Marketing Director

The ideal candidate will have previous marketing experience with a passion for the design and building industry. He/she will possess an attitude to express creative ideas, implement strategic campaigns and track results. He/she will also be a skillful writer able to create professional content and review. General Responsibilities: • Develop and Implement a full strategic marketing plan and budget • Design and implement comprehensive strategies to create brand awareness in target market communities • Plan and execute campaigns with a call to action and ROI metrics • Monitor progress in sales lead generation and submit performance reports • Creatively produce and review all business content • Help to develop emerging markets Specific Responsibilities: • Spearhead all print and online advertising • Oversee Website Management • Monitor and produce metrics for key word ads, remarketing ads, banner ads and other online methods • Monitor and improve SEO • Implement public relations strategy thru editorial content, news articles, press releases • Manage all event coordination including seminars, webinars, open houses and tours • Develop and manage partnership programs with channel marketing approach • Manage all graphic content and photography • Write and review all content in hard copy, online, manuals, website, newsletters and blogs • Manage and implement all social media advertising and monitor results • Oversee CRM as the tool to manage our sales leads and create metrics for ROI • Oversee Google Analytics Requirements: • 4 year Marketing Degree • 3+ years experience in broad scope marketing management • Possess qualified and current online marketing techniques and best practices for ROI metrics • Thorough and skilled knowledge of web analytics (Google Analytics, Google AdWords, PPC Advertising) • Skilled in writing and communication • Excellence in organizational, leadership, analytical, creative thinking and interpersonal skills Compensation: • $40-$45/hour Part Time up to 30 hours/week-$84,000-90,000 Salary Full Time DOE • Full Time Employment also comes with Full Benefits Package + Annual Bonus + 401k Matching Please send cover letter, resume and samples of work with "Marketing Director" in the subject line.
