The Marketing Director and Graphic Designer will lead The Learning Agenda’s visual storytelling, brand evolution, client work products, and marketing strategy. Branding & Design • Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent visual identity across platforms and projects • Design collateral for print and digital use, including logos, publications, toolkits, infographics, templates, and slide decks • In collaboration with project teams, design products for clients using client branding and design guidelines • Work closely with TLA partners and project teams to elevate the visual storytelling of our client work and sophistication of our internal management tools Marketing & Communications • Support the development of a lightweight marketing strategy to increase TLA’s visibility and reach • Provide design support for proposals, presentations, and events
