Marketing/ Event Manager

We are a family - owned, boutique style winery in Paso Robles looking for an energetic individual to join our team as Marketing/Event Manager and Tasting Room Associate. We are located in Tin City in Paso Robles, producing 3000 cases and focusing on making premium wines. Our tasting room is by appointment to ensure a high end tasting experience and create relationship with our guests/members. The job consists of two parts: Marketing and Communication: \\- Manage all DTC events (parties and dinners) \\- Manage social media accounts \\- Create promotional emails \\- Create DTC marketing materials: tasting menus, order forms, brochures, etc \\- Maintain digital image Tasting Room: \\- Work directly with the Tasting Room Manager to ensure proper flow of tasting room \\- Provide outstanding customer service, wine education and memorable experience for our guests \\- Complete opening and closing tasks efficiently Qualifications: \\- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including strong grammar skills \\- Previous marketing experience \\- Experience with managing social media outlets \\- Knowledge with graphic design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) \\- Highly developed organizational skills \\- Ability to keep multiple projects moving forward in the face of competing priorities \\- Strong teamwork orientation \\- Self-motivated individual who takes initiative to solve problems \\- Sales, marketing, or hospitality experience Must work weekends and holidays for the first 6 months to a year then possibility to move weekdays. Must be 21 years old
