Responsibilities Marketing & Graphic Design • Strong project management skills • Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, & Lightroom • Develop and implement social media campaigns • Strong understanding of web statistics / Google Analytics and SEO best practices • Photography skills for action & sports events • Assist Senior Account Manager in coordination of event photography and videography • Video editing and post-production management Web Design • Front end design and code experience (HTML5, CSS, PHP, SQL) • Management for 5-10 event websites including registration, online payment platforms including RunSignUp, Race Roster and Eventbrite • Ensure email marketing best practice compliance Travel to client events Your hands-on experiences will include: • Venue set-up including vendor oversight & installation of branded materials • Oversee social media execution & documentation for post-event client reports • Support successful event execution Knowledge and Skills Bachelor’s Degree, supplemented with at least 3-5 years of related agency experience in marketing and graphic design • Engaged, proven team member • Ability to understand the big picture • Fanatically organized to develop & coordinate detailed event logistics • Strong written and oral communication skills • Sweat the details to deliver flawless client events and projects • Ability to meet deadlines • Strong multi-tasking skills • Ability to work nights and weekends for events as needed
