Position Description Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, the Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator is responsible for designing materials to support the promotion of the Museum’s Permanent Collection, programs, activities, exhibitions and facilities, with the goal of visitor growth and engagement as well as creating and managing daily content for social media. Web and Social Media: • Submit all Museum events to community calendar listings • Create and maintain regular schedule/calendar for social media and email blasts • Coordinate language and approval of social media and web content with appropriate departments • Create e-blasts through constant contact as needed and by request from other departments • Update the website with events and information regularly in coordination with other departments
