Marketing & Graphic Design Team Member Job at Claim Deck in Dallas

As a team member, you will collaborate with our team in all stages of marketing campaigns, sales strategies, etc. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing and sales channels and the business in general. There is great opportunity for advancement. Duties/Responsibilities:Collaborate with the team to develop design conceptsCreate and design print and digital materialsUse graphic design software and work with a wide variety of mediaCollaborate with the team to develop social media contentReceive feedback from the team and make necessary changesAssemble final presentation material for printing/posting as neededAdhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadlineCreate, manage and post social media content including Ad campaignsManage activity on Ad Campaigns via preferred CRM tool and work with the Sales team to generate new leadsSupport team in demoing product to potential clientsOther administrative tasks (data entry, etc) Required Skills/Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skills Understanding of different marketing techniques, particularly for LinkedIn and TwitterKnowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentalsExperience with InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and knowledge of design resources like Canva, Figma, Dribbble, etc.Strong creative and analytical skillsCompelling portfolio of graphic design workStrong desire to learn and seek out information to fill any knowledge gaps (Google is your best friend)Preferences (Not Required!
