Northmarq is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of a Marketing Specialist to support our marketing efforts for our Investment Sales teams in the San Diego office. This position will play a key role in assisting Sales Teams with graphic design, e-marketing, and photo editing in the promotion of our real estate listings including the deliverables and marketing campaigns. • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in Marketing/Graphic Design background is required, experience in Commercial Real Estate Industry is a plus. • Experience with marketing automation tools and database programs such as HubSpot and Salesforce • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment • Operates with a sense of urgency, is proactive, and takes initiative • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills • Works well independently with an ability to work collaboratively with others, strong client service skills • Strong Client Service Skills • NOTE: Candidates may be required to provide a portfolio link or work samples showcasing their marketing and design expertise, with a focus on print layout or multi-page design projects.
