Marketing Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented graphic designer to create captivating and on-brand graphics for our Beauty Warehouse. The role of a graphic designer involves defining requirements, visualizing, and creating engaging graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. As a graphic designer at ReadyWork, you will be responsible for shaping the visual aspects of our marketing department. Your designs should effectively capture attention and communicate the desired message. Responsibilities • Determine design requirements and develop concept ideas • Schedule projects and manage timelines • Create rough drafts and present design concepts • Photograph products and merchandise • Design illustrations, logos, and other graphics using software or by hand • Apply brand colors and layouts to ensure consistency • Collaborate with copywriters and the creative director to produce final designs • Test graphics across various media channels • Amend designs based on feedback and testing results • Evaluate and refine final graphics and layouts to ensure they are visually appealing and on-brand Requirements • Proven experience in graphic design • A strong portfolio showcasing illustrations or other marketing graphics • Proficiency in Photoshop and other design software • A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines • Bonus points for 3D design expertise and a degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
