What You’ll Do: • Create stunning visuals across digital and print platforms, aligning with our brand’s identity and messaging • Collaborate closely with the company team to produce innovative and engaging design solutions • Stay ahead of design trends, bringing fresh ideas and concepts to the table. • Should be able to efficiently promote the brand, leading to increased revenue and overall success • Do competitive analysis to determine the marketing approaches used by company’s competitors • Plan and manage the Kabani Hotel Group annual hospitality forum • Prepare appropriate reports, presentations, briefs and press materials as necessary • Develop and maintain good relationships with relevant media contacts • Create quality interactive/ reading materials regarding hospitality outlook to represent the company • Create excellent contacts in the media to help spread the message and keep the brand in the public eye in a positive light Skills and Requirements: • Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Constant Contact • Experience with Acrobat and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • A portfolio of your best work is required with application and at interview time • Digital/social media and web design experience • Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of work (especially in hospitality, real • estate or luxury branding) • Ability to think creatively and strategically, while paying attention to the finer details. • Experience in marketing or business marketing • Excellent English writing skills • A wide range of media contacts • The ability to reach out to new contacts and maintain positive relationships with them • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Familiarity with digital marketing tools • A motivated and outgoing personality A sample of a completed assignment will be shared with the candidate to help with the test.
