Marketing Graphic Design Intern

Some daytime availability required. Dates: September- December – will work with student’s schedule, typically a 3-month period in Fall 2025 Summary Overview of Internship The Maverik Intern Program is a structured, project-based experience designed to give students meaningful, hands-on opportunities in a real business environment. In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with our Art and Graphic Design Manager and creative team to design in-store and digital materials, assist with photoshoots, and strengthen Maverik’s brand presence. What You’ll Gain • Practical, hands-on experience in graphic design across both print and digital platforms • Exposure to creative development processes from concept to execution • Opportunities to assist in professional photoshoots and photo editing • Strengthened skills in Adobe Creative Suite and collaborative design tools • Ownership of deliverables that directly impact Maverik’s marketing campaigns and branding Qualifications • Preference will be given to applicants who reside in Utah, as this is an on-site opportunity at our Salt Lake City headquarters • A full-time college student who has completed their sophomore year by the start of the internship • Currently enrolled at an accredited university • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. • Comfortable handling multiple projects at once • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Effective and professional communication skills (written and verbal) • Team-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn
