We are seeking a Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist to join our marketing team, supporting all divisions across the company. Essential Duties: • Create and produce marketing materials for print and digital media • Design and execute email campaigns • Develop high quality visual content geared towards the industry and target audience • Proactively collaborate with team members to deliver projects on time • Provide design expertise and mentoring to Marketing team members • Act as a subject matter expert on company brand standards to ensure consistency • Creates various social, digital and print content including website banners, social media content, email campaign creation, events, sales flyers, brochures, banners, signage, photography and editing, and more • Execute social media for retail sales, including content creation, copy writing and maintain schedule • Execute the production of print materials both in-house and communicating with external vendors • Maintain brand standards and ensure design consistency • Maintain and organize brand assets • Partner with team members to review reporting and tailor content to maximize data trends • Provide trade show marketing material support and organization • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and activities to inform marketing strategies • Assist with proofreading and quality checking materials • Stay updated on design trends and tools • Support marketing activities with trade show set-up, project assessment and planning, communicating with stakeholders and assist with quality control • Other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field required • 2-5 years experience in a marketing and/or graphic design role • Strong attention to detail • Experience with preparing materials for print production • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools • Experience with email software, trends and industry standards • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, with Premiere Pro experience a plus) • Creative, detail-oriented with strong skills in graphic design, marketing, and proofreading • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Recent graphic design and marketing examples required
