Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator

This position combines creative design with hands-on marketing coordination to help implement and execute the firm’s marketing strategy. • Strong sense of design with attention to typography, layout, color, and composition. Key Responsibilities • Design and produce marketing collateral, including proposals, presentations, brochures, project sheets, social media graphics, invitations, and other materials, while coordinating RFP/RFQ pursuit materials. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts that effectively communicate the firm’s expertise. • Present creative ideas and design concepts clearly and confidently, while accepting and applying constructive feedback to improve outcomes.
