Marketing Graphic Designer

• Experience creating social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) with an understanding of professional and corporate tone. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. • Able to manage multiple projects, meet frequent deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities. • Software proficiencies: Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam Studio, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required • 1-3 years of related marketing experience in the A/E/C industry (architecture, engineering, or construction firm) preferred • Experience with the A/E/C RFP/RFQ proposal process preferred • Relevant four-year degree in Marketing, Communications, and/or Graphic Design preferred • Occasional travel to both offices (Newport Beach and San Diego) for various industry events
