Marketing Graphic Designer job at Indiana Tech. Indiana Tech seeks to fill a graphic designer position at our main campus in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This position requires extensive knowledge of graphic design principles, design software, and printing processes, versatility in design style, and the ability to think creatively within limited time constraints, juggle projects, and communicate effectively with campus clients, colleagues, and vendors. Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design or equivalent experience • Support the mission, vision, and strategic plan of Indiana Institute of Technology. • Extensive working knowledge of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and demonstrated ability to use that software to create print and digital projects • Portfolio demonstrating excellence in graphic design and strong understanding and application of art direction • Must have strong design acumen and creative concepting • Interpersonally savvy with strong listening skills • Action-oriented with the ability to prioritize • Open to feedback with the ability to take direction • Ability to develop and effectively creative concepts that appeal to a broad range of constituent groups from 16-year-old prospective students to 80-year-old alumni • Ability to adjust to changing needs and processes while anticipating challenges, identifying problems, and developing solutions • Experience with Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel and PowerPoint – is helpful
