Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day remote) Key Responsibilities Brand & Design Support Assist in creating and maintaining branded materials including signage, business cards, flyers, and digital collateral Support the organization and maintenance of the company’s digital asset library Ensure all materials align with corporate branding standards and guidelines Marketing Collateral Production Design offering memorandums (OMs), brochures, proposals, and presentations under the direction of senior team members Provide creative solutions to enhance the quality and impact of marketing materials Digital & Visual Content Creation Develop digital assets for web, email, and social media campaigns Assist in updating visual content for the company website and other online platforms Support internal teams with branded design materials for recruitment, events, and company-wide initiatives Collaboration & Continuous Learning Partner with colleagues to execute design projects on time and with attention to detail Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance creative output Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture by sharing ideas and supporting cross-functional efforts Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field preferred 2+ years of professional design experience, ideally in real estate, professional services, or a corporate setting Skills & Competencies Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required) Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design work Basic understanding of print production processes and digital media standards Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects As a Graphic Designer, you’ll expand your skills while working on a variety of projects that make a real impact on our brand and business.
