This role will play a key part in bringing brand campaigns, marketing initiatives, and customer-facing assets to life across multiple touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a hands-on designer who can work quickly within established brand guidelines, manage multiple projects at once, and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field • 4–5 years of graphic design experience, ideally within a marketing team or creative agency • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: • Illustrator (print and digital applications) • Photoshop (Smart Objects, Layer Comps, effects) • InDesign (multi-page layouts and print production) • After Effects is a plus; ability to storyboard concepts in Illustrator required • Strong understanding of digital and print production processes • Experience designing for social, email, web, and marketing campaigns • Familiarity with preparing and releasing banner ads, website assets, and email campaigns • Mailchimp or email build experience is a plus Compensation: Based on Experience Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
