Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist

Company Overview We are seeking a versatile Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to support integrated marketing initiatives through creative design, digital campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration. Design and produce on-brand marketing materials including brochures, banners, social media graphics, and email campaigns Develop layouts for print and digital publications, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling Create custom art to maximize product sell-through for customers and online channels Capture and edit product photography for use across marketing and ecommerce channels Support with factory cutline files, patterning, and sample images Sales / Production support with mock-up generation and file management Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot and Klaviyo, including layout, graphics, and content coordination Support social media marketing with cohesive visual assets Assist in product launch campaigns, promotions, and trade show marketing initiatives Maintain and update website and ecommerce content using platforms such as Shopify and other ecommerce systems Upload and manage product listings, imagery, and descriptions to ensure a consistent and compelling online presence Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts Respond to inbound inquiries and provide product-related support when needed Contribute to customer education and product adoption initiatives Work closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to meet deadlines and campaign objectives Translate business needs into effective creative solutions Ensure alignment between brand messaging and visual execution 3–5 years preferred) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot and Klaviyo Experience with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms Strong understanding of branding, layout, and visual hierarchy Familiarity with Canva and CRM systems Experience in B2B marketing, publishing, trade show environments, or ecommerce Product photography and basic photo editing skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Please provide a link to your portfolio that includes both design work and marketing-related projects (email campaigns, social media, or ecommerce work).
