Respondology is looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to own the visual execution of our brand across every touchpoint, from our website and social channels to sales collateral and core brand assets. That means real ownership over how our brand shows up day to day, building and maintaining the design systems that help the whole team move faster, and translating complex product value into visuals that resonate with some of the world's biggest brands and creators. Create marketing design assets across our website, social media channels, brand assets, and sales collateral.Build and maintain a bank of reusable design templates to enable rapid-scale production across Sales, Customer Success, and other internal teams.Collaborate with the Product Design team to ensure brand consistency between our marketing presence and the product UI.Serve as the maintainer of our marketing brand guidelines, evolving them as the company grows.Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, prioritizing based on urgency, campaign impact, and operational needs.Audit existing marketing materials for alignment with current guidelines and identify areas for visual improvement or modernization.Identify recurring design needs and suggest process or tooling improvements to make the creative request workflow more efficient.Communicate clearly and proactively with internal stakeholders on project status, creative direction, and design logic.
