Marketing Graphic Designer

Dinan Capital Advisors is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to support and elevate the firm’s visual brand across all marketing channels in our Phoenix, AZ headquarters. You’ll play a key role in translating complex financial and marketing concepts into clean, compelling visuals—from presentations and reports to digital campaigns and branded materials. Design high-quality marketing materials including one-pagers, reports, email graphics, and social media assetsTranslate complex business and financial content into visually engaging, easy-to-understand layoutsEnsure consistency across all materials in alignment with Dinan’s brand guidelinesContribute to ongoing refinement and evolution of the Dinan brand Presentation & Client Materials Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field2+ years of professional graphic design experienceStrong portfolio preferably showcasing corporate, B2B, or professional services design workProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required; Premiere/After Effects a plus)Significant PowerPoint design skillsStrong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchyBasic understanding of marketing channels (email, web, social)Familiarity with brand systems and maintaining consistency across multiple touchpointsExperience designing for financial services, consulting, or other professional services firms preferred Experience working within tools like HubSpot or similar platforms preferred
