Design and implement social media content across the company portfolio that aligns with the brand and overarching business goalsOn-camera for apartment community tours and social mediaProvide social media support for property management personnel Assist in the development of social media ad strategy and campaigns for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTokStay up-to-date on social media strategy and trends Assist with the filming of video projects such as apartment tours, training, internal communication segments, weekly employee engagement segments, and moreSupport the post-production process, including video editing, captioning, and graphics creation via CapCut and Adobe Premiere ProUtilize creative and thinking skills to develop ideas for videosA background or experience in video production is helpful
