Content & Social Media: Design and implement social media content across the company portfolio that aligns with the brand and overarching business goals On-camera for apartment community tours and social media Provide social media support for property management personnel Assist in the development of social media ad strategy and campaigns for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Stay up-to-date on social media strategy and trends Assist with the filming of video projects such as apartment tours, training, internal communication segments, weekly employee engagement segments, and more Support the post-production process, including video editing, captioning, and graphics creation via CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro Utilize creative and thinking skills to develop ideas for videos A background or experience in video production is helpful
