Job PurposeThis position is responsible for design content ownership of creative assets from strategic concept to production and execution with minimal supervision. The role is part of the larger marketing team that is accountable for strategy development, creative development, and campaign execution. Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop concepts, designs, edits and proofs compelling creative, content, promotional and/or marketing materials, based upon strategic inputs, that meet defined objectives and are optimized for scale, efficiency and effectiveness.Provide hands‑on design and production services from concept to execution for a full range of digital and print collateral, including brochures, presentations, fact sheets, ads, infographics, white papers/case studies, trade shows, etc.Use rationale to present creative concepts and defend work based upon strategy inputs.Leverage a comprehensive understanding of direct response creative drivers and audience to develop designs that deliver customer‑centric results and drive action.Visually communicate complex information through simplified, relevant creative.Ensure alignment with brand, business area, production, and compliance standards and maintain defined standards and voice.Use performance data to iterate and improve creative assets.Update and maintain internal databases of design, imagery, photography, and video.Complete and leverage departmental direct response best practices training.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in graphic design or closely related field, or equivalent work experience.Five (5) years in professional graphic design capacity.Excellent design ability and advanced skill level using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).Strong attention to detail and deadline orientation, ensuring consistent, timely, and accurate work.Experience working in collaborative environments.Ability to self‑manage and follow guidelines.Ability to manage projects.Ability to take feedback and implement it into work products.Portfolio of diverse, relevant work samples.Experience designing for the financial services or credit union industry is a plus.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary Range: $73,100.00 – $109,700.00, with potential for an annual incentive (bonus) plan.Eligible benefits include medical, dental, vision, employee assistance program, life insurance, disability plans, parental leave, paid time off, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and more.Flexible workplace with hybrid working options to support work‑life balance and career growth.AccommodationTruStage is a place where everyone can bring their best self and thrive.
