Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to balance multiple concurrent projects, and a proven track record of maintaining accuracy, brand consistency, and up‑to‑date product information across both print and digital marketing materials.What You’ll Do:Creative Design & Marketing ProductionCreate original marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, including catalogs, flyers, promotional graphics, email assets, sales collateral, signage, banners, and social media contentMaintain and enhance existing marketing templates while ensuring brand consistencyManage a high volume of creative updates and revisions across print and digital marketing materialsAssist with photography coordination, image selection, asset management, and creative organizationCatalog Management & Product MarketingOwn the production and maintenance of the company's print and digital product catalogsCoordinate catalog layouts, product imagery, pricing updates, and content accuracyWork closely with purchasing, product, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate catalog updatesSupport process improvements that increase catalog production efficiency and accuracyEmail Marketing & Campaign ExecutionCoordinate and execute marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, and ecommerce channelsBuild, maintain, and update email marketing campaigns using Pardot or similar marketing automation platformsAssist with campaign messaging, promotional content, and email template developmentMonitor campaign performance and support ongoing optimization effortsProduct Data & Marketing OperationsMaintain accurate product information, customer segments, pricing, and marketing contentCoordinate product and marketing data across CRM, ERP, ecommerce, and marketing systemsPerform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency across platformsWork extensively with spreadsheets and product information databases to support marketing initiativesWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experienceStrong Adobe Creative Suite experience, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and IllustratorExperience creating and updating print and digital marketing materialsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environmentExceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracyComfortable working with large amounts of product information, pricing data, and spreadsheetsStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Pardot, Salesforce CRM, or similar marketing automation platformsExposure to ERP systems such as Prophet 21 (P21)Experience within wholesale distribution, manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environmentsFamiliarity with AI‑assisted content creation and workflow tools#J-18808-Ljbffr
