What You’ll Do:

We're looking for a part-time Graphic Designer to handle video, photography, and graphic design for a small, fast-moving marketing team operating across four active healthcare verticals.

This role executes from the creative direction set by the Marketing Manager - you won't be responsible for messaging strategy or content planning, but you will own how it looks.

Video

Edit short-form social video (Reels/LinkedIn clips)Build webinar motion graphicsAssist with filming and fully edit product/application videos from the Manager's shot list and scriptEdit event and testimonial highlight videos from footage submitted by the team (you will not be expected to travel to events)Organize B-roll/stock footage in the shared asset library

Photography

Shoot product photography (packaging,highlights, packouts etc)Edit and turn around trade show/event photos submitted by the team on-site (you will not be expected to travel to events)Shoot team/headshot photography as neededShoot lifestyle/application photography for ads, web, and brochuresEdit, retouch, and organize the photo asset library

Graphic Design

Design social media graphics for LinkedIn and other channelsDesign email graphics and Mailchimp templatesDesign and update brochuresDesign website graphics/banners for Webflow blogsDesign trade show signage and booth graphicsDesign sell sheets and one-pagers- as neededBuild display ad creative (Google Ads banner sets) in required dimensionsMaintain branded templates (Canva, PowerPoint, Word)Support webinar graphics- pre, during and post

What We're Looking For

Portfolio demonstrating social graphics, video editing, and photo editing/retouching (formal degree not required, but a plus)Comfortable with Canva and or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator), and basic motion graphicsAble to execute from a brief/shot list without needing to originate concept or messagingReliable, organized, and comfortable managing a steady stream of smaller deliverables across multiple markets/verticalsHealthcare, life sciences, or B2B experience a plus but not required

Logistics

Part-time, up to 15 hours/weekBased in or near Oklahoma City; in-person/hybrid as needed for events and shootsReports directly to the Marketing ManagerWeekly check-ins; priorities and creative direction set by the ManagerCompensation- $13.50- $15.00/ hr
