We're looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer who loves creating polished presentations, proposals, and marketing materials that help our teams win exciting projects.

If you enjoy transforming complex information into clean, compelling visual stories—and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment—this role is for you.

You'll work closely with our Creative Marketing Manager, Content team, and Business Development leaders to create proposals, interview presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral that showcase the creativity and capabilities of DI.

What You'll Do

Design compelling proposals, interview presentations, and client-facing marketing materialsCreate visually engaging layouts that communicate complex ideas clearlyDevelop brochures, one-pagers, sales materials, and other branded collateralPartner with marketing, business development, and creative teams to bring ideas to lifeMaintain and improve templates, design standards, and production workflowsEnsure every deliverable is polished, accurate, and on brandManage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.Strong graphic design and layout skillsExpert eye for typography and visual hierarchyAdvanced Adobe InDesign experienceExperience with Illustrator, Photoshop, and presentation designExcellent organization and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines without sacrificing qualityStrong communication and collaboration skillsHigh attention to detail

Nice to Have

Proposal or RFP experienceExperience in architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), manufacturing, or professional servicesFamiliarity with Google Slides or PowerPoint
