Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist

Responsibilities include crafting compelling content for online platforms and printed materials, managing social media accounts, and overseeing email marketing campaigns to engage our target audience. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Copywriting and media asset creation for press releases, value propositions, search announcements, placement announcements, article releases, podcast releases, and event awareness campaigns.Maintaining and organizing communications calendar(s) and content creation deadlines.Maintaining and updating the KK&W Website, event calendars and social media channels.Monitoring social media engagement metrics and provide monthly performance updates.Identifying new and creative content ideas.Assisting in developing and coordinating marketing campaigns, newsletters, and digital communications.Designing and formatting PowerPoint presentations for client proposals and industry education commitments.Creating eye-catching social media graphics for various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc. This is a fully remote, full-time, work-from-home position. Proven experience growing social media engagement.Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role.Proficiency in Dropbox, PowerPoint design and Canva design.Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design solutions.Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.Prompt attention to returning emails, phone calls and text messages.Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.Experience with proposal design and document layout.Background in photography and videography preferred.A knack for creativity and innovation.Understanding of branding principles and design trends.Familiarity with the Club industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteProficiency in Social Media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TickTok).Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience in administrative roles, preferably within the private club or hospitality industries.
