Marketing & Graphic Design Associate

We are seeking a Graphic Design Associate with experience in Digital Marketing and B2B industry focus to join our Marketing team. The Graphic Designer will provide the Marketing team with design support, maintain marketing assets, and... provide additional support to the Marketing team as needed. The ideal candidate should have experience designing for B2B industry brands, and have strong design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude towards efficiency and improvement. • Assist in creating/editing PowerPoint presentations to support Sales and Marketing Team • Organize and maintain marketing assets and files • Manage published materials archive and inventory Required Skills: • Experience supporting B2B, professional services, corporate marketing • Advanced proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop skills • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout aesthetics • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects under minimal guidance and meet deadlines • Proactive approach to continuous improvement and efficiency • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
