Marketing Graphics Designer Responsibilities • Manage and update web and email design using content management system and marketing automation platform • Maintain, communicate, and update Derse brand standards to internal stakeholders • Lead and execute annual updates to Derse brand assets • Design graphic and photographic deliverables for Derse website, white papers, case studies, and social media platforms • Participate in brainstorming and planning meetings for content calendar • Provide recommendations on potential new concepts, tools, and resources to support new business development efforts • Format RFP responses using both InDesign and PowerPoint for content consistency and clarity • Design and produce internal marketing communication materials as requested • Plan and execute design for sales tools and materials • Create motion graphics and edit video footage and audio for video content • Support in the brainstorming of video concepts and develop storyboards for approval across various digital platforms • Implement inline HTML and web best practices • Shoot or source photography/video of Derse locations and employees, as well as retouch photography • Brainstorm, design, and execute layouts and production of trade show marketing materials • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and industry practices • Work within PC-based and Mac-based computers and all related software programs including Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel, Power Point, and VISIO • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite proficiently.
