The Marketing & Graphics Specialist provides company-wide support and creation for all marketing communication pieces, promotional items, general SEO optimization, social media management along with various projects and deliverables to help move business forward. • Translate creative vision into graphic and written communication for various departments throughout the company • Manage social media accounts; play pivotal role in leading social media committee • Monitor customer feedback via website and social media accounts and escalate complaints to the appropriate departments - 1-3 years of business experience in a graphics and marketing role and/or related academic experience -Hands-on experience with WordPress; intermediate+ skills required -Experience maximizing SEO optimization -Self-motivated work ethic with a high degree of autonomous success -Excellent Adobe Illustrator skills a must along with other core graphics programs -Strong affinity for computer technology; problem solver who is capable of self-teaching new systems -A creative mind with strong written and verbal communication skills that translate to print
