In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable customer-data and journey orchestration solutions using Customer Insights Data and Customer Insights Journeys. • Overall 8+ years of experience with 5+ years in Dynamics 365 / Power Platform or similar customer-data solutions. • Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Data and Journeys. • Proficiency in integrating data with Customer Insights (APIs, connectors, Azure data services). • Proven ability to work with marketing or business teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
