Marketing Manager

As the Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our CEO/Founder to create and execute the company’s marketing strategies and initiatives for the Follower to Fan Society and Online Business Association brands. Who We Are We are on a mission to create and support an engaged community of 10,000 or more creative, progressive, and inclusive entrepreneurs by the year 2024 through our signature membership community the Online Business Association — the first and only professional association for online business owners and digital entrepreneurs. You’ll be able to see your work in real time and have an understanding of the impact you’re creating for other people. This work includes creating and executing the company’s marketing strategy, owning all marketing and growth metrics, managing the brand’s sales funnels and product launches, being the point person for evergreen and automated sales processes, looking for new opportunities to expand TJMHQ’s brands and the CEO/Founder’s personal brand, and directing the company’s social media, content marketing, earned media, and paid traffic strategies. You’ll be able to experiment and create and have freedom in your work with us; but, if you want to run your own company, we are not for you.
