Seeking a talented, self-motivated and passionate marketing manager to join our creative team. The Creative Marketing Manager is comfortable with day- to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy – thriving with the ever-changing needs of our market. Job Responsibilities: • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own implementation from ideation to execution • Ability to lead and execute marketing initiatives – leveraging internal support and driving collaboration among teams • Develop strategies and resources that drive qualified traffic to the sales team • Oversee and approve company marketing materials (from website landing pages, paid advertising, lead magnets, case studies and more) • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid channels for content creation, PPC campaigns, digital event management, social media campaigns, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis and more • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly • Have strong working knowledge of design and are able to think conceptually and execute with precision • Plan and prepare concepts of work by gathering client information and any necessary marketing materials • Produce and create digital web and print solutions, including but not limited to UI/UX design of landing pages, email templates, digital banners, direct mail and proposals • Translate requirements into wireframes and mockups for development • Collect/understand design requirements to ensure consistency of brand identity internally and externally • Ensure graphic solutions are approved and optimized for integration, performance and usability Required Experience: • A minimum of 3-5 years of graphic design experience • A minimum of 1-2 years of HubSpot or email marketing experience • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across marketing channels to engage, educate and motivate • UI/UX experience, specifically within WordPress and Adobe XD (Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus) • A great sense of aesthetics and copywriting • Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement • Fluent and proficient in print and digital design using full Adobe Creative Suite • Fluent and proficient in designing front-end web solutions using Adobe XD for product enhancement • Outstanding communication skills with ability to explain/negotiate feedback on wireframes and mock-ups • Excellent planning, multi-tasking and organizational skills • Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines • Team player, flexible attitude and ability to adapt to change • Bachelor’s degree Preferred Experience: • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy • Working knowledge of SEO best practices • Mobile first design • Knowledge of video editing (After Effects or Adobe Premiere a plus) What’s in it for you? • Competitive Salary • Health, dental, vision, disability, FSA, Company paid life insurance.
