Who you are… • You are energetic, inspiring and adventurous, and love to have fun while you’re at work • You enjoy going above and beyond for your team and guests • You are a creative problem solver, able to think and color ‘outside the box’ • You have a college degree and a minimum of two years of experience in marketing, social media, public relations and/or related industries, preferably within hospitality • You have current industry trend knowledge and are able to help drive content on social media platforms • You have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills • You are able to develop strong working relationships with team members and with our external advertising agency • You have the ability to multi-task effectively, managing multiple projects while being cognizant of deadlines and priorities • You have experience with digital technologies, WordPress sites and mobile applications; the ability to execute basic graphic design edits is not required but preferred • You have a strong understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager; Google Data Studio a plus • You have stellar organization skills, detail orientation and follow-through What you’ll do… • Accurately implement new digital creative, product and service launches, merchandising, onsite promotions and other marketing programs throughout the sites, including homepage, nav, categories/PLPs, PDPs, collection and landing pages, and other content areas, ensuring consistency across all touch points • Manage, plan, coordinate and execute content selection and merchandising with goals of driving customer engagement and conversion • Create guidelines to have consistency with all pages and promotions • Assist with the development, planning, and execution of monthly promotions, content deployment and website messaging • Coordinate all onsite communication materials and assist with maintaining brand integrity for internal communication as well as external • Conduct competitive analysis across key product and service offerings, messaging and channels of distribution • Work with sales team to ensure proper support of key messaging across digital points • Manage and leverage resort social media channels, curating relevant and engaging content that showcases Brand DNA while increasing total audience size and engagement • Assist the resort operations team with the creation of new and extraordinary experiences, local partnerships, media communications, maintaining media relationships, and hosting media visits/interviews as needed • Coordinate production of photo and video shoots at the resort • Manage online review platforms while ensuring timely and professional responses • Partner with the advertising agency and their web development team to continually advance site functionality through optimization of existing features and development of new site features • Measure the impact and success of features, enhancements, and campaigns Extra Perks!
